Recently, Foster Chemicals has been offering so-called painting ovens for baking powder-coated parts. The painting ovens are completely made of steel and can be equipped with various small parts up to rims. The suspensions in the oven can be installed so that up to six rims can be treated.
The baking process is monitored by a thermostat with a timer, which keeps the set temperature constant and informs the operator acoustically about the end of the process.
These ovens are provided with strong insulation, protective grid for heating, various suspensions, etc.
